AC Service Manager is a web-based platform that facilitates AC service management between property owners and HVAC contractors. The service includes:

• AC unit tracking and maintenance scheduling
• Service request management
• Contractor-customer communication tools
• Service history and record keeping
• Automated service reminders

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Types

We offer two types of accounts:

• Customer Accounts: For property owners managing AC units
• Contractor Accounts: For HVAC professionals providing services

Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code

AC Service Manager currently offers free access to core features for both customers and contractors.

Future Pricing

We reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscription plans in the future. Users will be notified of any pricing changes with advance notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AC Service Manager and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimers
